Community Nurse

Our client, a private healthcare provider based in Galway is seeking experienced and qualified RGN/RCNs & RNIDs to support the delivery of one-to-one care for children with complex needs in their homes.

Key Duties:

• Follows the client's care plan.
• Helps with personal care tasks.
• Follows safety and infection control rules.
• Takes initiative to help the client and provide extra care.
• Reports any clinical incidents using the company's reporting system.

Essential Criteria:

• RCN, RGN or RNID qualified
• Registered with NMBI
• Experience in paediatric or complex care
