We are currently recruiting for an experienced Theatre Recovery Nurse for a well-established healthcare facility in Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and clinically skilled nurse with experience in post-anaesthetic care who is seeking to join a supportive and professional theatre team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU)

• Monitor patients recovering from anaesthesia

• Assess and manage airway, pain, and vital signs

• Respond effectively to post-operative complications

• Work collaboratively with anaesthetists, surgeons, and theatre staff

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to HIQA and hospital standards

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration

• Minimum 1-2 years' recent Theatre Recovery / PACU experience

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Eligible to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 visa or EU citizen required)
