We are seeking motivated and empathetic CORU Registered Social Care Workers and Residential Care Workers to join a residential service supporting children and young people. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering safe, structured, and therapeutic care in a team-based environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting young people in their daily routines, promoting positive outcomes, and maintaining a safe and nurturing residential setting. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will contribute to care planning, record keeping, and the overall wellbeing of those in your care.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

• A Level 7 (or higher) qualification in a relevant area such as:
  Social Care, Social Studies, Psychology, Social Work, Youth & Community Work, Teaching, Nursing, Disability Studies, Family Support, Social Sciences, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Child & Adolescent or Addiction Counselling, Applied Policing, or related disciplines

OR

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker, regardless of academic qualification.

In addition, candidates must have:

• At least 12 months' experience working with children and/or young people

• A full driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Pay & Conditions

• Salary range: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum
  (Includes sleepover allowance, with additional premium payments for weekends and public holidays)
