Clerical Officer (Grade III) - Immediate Start

We are seeking a Garda-vetted Clerical Officer (Grade III) to join a day service supporting older people. This is a front-facing role, involving regular interaction with people over 75 and their families, so experience with a vulnerable population is essential.

Key Details:

• Immediate start to allow handover prior to current admin leave

• Hours: 08:30 - 16:00 (some flexibility possible)

• Front-facing duties including answering phones, greeting clients, arranging appointments and clinics, completing time returns, and managing waiting lists and spreadsheets

Requirements:

• Recent Garda vetting is essential

• Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
