In 2013, Tina took the helm and founded the Ireland Division of Staffline, setting the stage for remarkable growth. With just two members of staff, Tina's vision was nothing short of audacious: achieve a £150 million turnover within five years. Under her dynamic leadership, we've not only met but exceeded this milestone.
Our journey continued as Tina strategically expanded our horizons. In 2014, PeoplePlus NI emerged as a multi-million-pound revenue business, specialising in government outsourcing. The following year, in 2015, Diamond Recruitment Agency joined our family, solidifying our presence in the industry. In 2017, Oak Recruitment Agency was seamlessly integrated into Staffline, further strengthening our capabilities.
In a landmark moment for us in July 2018, Tina secured the largest acquisition of a recruitment business in Ireland, welcoming Grafton Recruitment into the Staffline Group portfolio. With PeoplePlus, Diamond Recruitment, and now Grafton, we stand united under Staffline Recruitment Ireland, ready to provide unparalleled services to our clients and candidates alike.
