Our journey began in 2013 with a small but determined team, united by a bold vision for growth. From the start, we set ambitious goals — not only to expand our reach but to become a leader in recruitment and workforce management across Ireland.
In 2014, we launched PeoplePlus NI, a multi-million-pound revenue business specialising in government outsourcing, reinforcing our commitment to supporting employability and skills development.
The following year, Diamond Recruitment Agency joined our growing family, strengthening our industry presence. In 2017, Oak Recruitment Agency became part of Staffline, enhancing our capacity to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
A pivotal moment came in 2018 when we completed the largest acquisition of a recruitment business in Ireland, bringing Grafton Recruitment into the Staffline Group portfolio. This strategic move united PeoplePlus, Diamond Recruitment, and Grafton under the Staffline Recruitment Ireland banner, solidifying our position as a market leader.
