About the Role:

We are recruiting Social Care Workers for residential services supporting children and young people in safe, trauma-informed environments. Services focus on stability, education, emotional wellbeing, and long-term positive outcomes.

You will be supported by experienced managers, structured teams, and strong organisational backing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with young people

• Supporting daily routines, education, and personal development

• Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience

• Working as part of a committed, professional care team

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)

• CORU-registered or application submitted

• Full clean driving licence - essential

• Right to work in Ireland - essential

• A genuine passion for working with young people
