Staffline Recruitment specialises in providing high-quality temporary staffing solutions to clients nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking experienced Administrators to provide temporary relief cover across our expanding client base in the Greater Dublin area.

These assignments vary in duration, from ad hoc cover to several weeks, and may lead to longer-term or permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

The Role

As a Temporary Administrator, you will provide essential support to our clients within the region. You will act as the first point of contact for the business, manage a high volume of incoming calls, deliver secretarial and administrative support, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

While full-time hours cannot be guaranteed, successful candidates will be offered regular assignments based on availability and client needs.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• Between 8:00am and 6:00pm

• No evenings or weekend work

Locations

• Greater Dublin Area

Requirements

• Available for immediate start

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administration, customer service, or front-of-house roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

• Accurate data entry and strong typing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
