Staff Nurse - Oncology / Palliative Care

We are currently recruiting a Staff Nurse with oncology and/or palliative care experience to join a well-established healthcare service in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a specialist setting.

Key Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration

• Oncology and/or palliative care experience in Ireland is essential

• Experience with SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) is highly desirable for the oncology role

• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to oncology and/or palliative patients

• Administer treatments in line with clinical protocols (including SACT where applicable)

• Monitor patient progress and respond to clinical changes appropriately

• Provide emotional support to patients and families

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practice standards
