Social Care Professionals - New Residential Service (Co. Carlow)

We are recruiting on behalf of a brand new mainstream residential service opening in County Carlow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new service from inception and be part of building a high-quality, person-centred environment.

Roles Available

• Social Care Workers

• Team Leaders

• Deputy Managers

• Persons in Charge

Both full-time and permanent positions are available, depending on role.

The Role

Successful candidates will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support in line with HIQA standards, organisational policies, and best practice in social care.

Senior roles will have additional responsibilities relating to leadership, compliance, staff supervision, and service development.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Social Care or related discipline

• CORU registration or currently in the process of registration

• Full, clean driving licence

• Eligibility to work in Ireland

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
