Location: Co. Kildare | Salary: €57,327 - €65,807 + on-call allowance

We're partnering with a well-respected residential and day services organisation in Co. Kildare to recruit a dynamic, experienced Manager to oversee their community services. What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: Minimum Level 7 (BA in Social Care, Social Care Management, or equivalent). Postgraduate or management qualification desirable.

• Experience: At least 3 years in senior management with strategic planning experience, plus 5+ years in health, social care, or voluntary services.

• Skills & Knowledge:

  • Leadership, staff development, and team management.

  • Budgeting, business planning, and operational oversight.

  • Safeguarding, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
