Salary: €39,221 - €53,223 (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will be supporting adults with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives within residential and community environments. You will play a key role in promoting person-centred care, community integration, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care

• Promote independence, inclusion, and community participation

• Implement and contribute to individual care plans

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment at all times

Essential Requirements

• Relevant Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent

• CORU registered or registration in process (submitted)

• Full clean driving licence (essential)

• Legal right to work in Ireland

• Experience working with adults with disabilities (desirable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
