Social Care Worker - Residential Service
2 Permanent Positions Available | Dublin | 39 Hours per Week
Salary: From €38,918 per annum
We are currently recruiting two qualified Social Care Workers to join a residential service supporting adults with autism in Dublin. These permanent roles offer an excellent opportunity to work in a person-centred environment focused on independence, dignity, and meaningful community inclusion.

What You Will Be Doing:
Providing person-centred support aligned with individual care plans and personal outcomes
Supporting daily routines, independent living skills, and personal care where required
Encouraging community participation and social engagement
Promoting choice, wellbeing, and individual rights
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning reviews
Working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
What You Need:
QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or Applied Social Care (or relevant Schedule 3 qualification) with minimum 6 months recent experience supporting individuals with complex needs; OR
Relevant degree qualification (e.g. Social Work or Psychology) with at least 2 years recent relevant experience
CORU registration as a Social Care Worker, or proof of application in progress
Knowledge of current social care legislation and best practice
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full, clean driver's licence

Working Pattern:
Shift work operates on a rota basis and includes evenings, weekends, and waking night duty shifts.
