Job Description:
We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers and Social Care Leaders to join our team supporting individuals in residential and community settings across Louth. These are full-time permanent positions offering an opportunity to work within a supportive environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of service users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and support to individuals

• Assist service users with daily living activities

• Promote independence, dignity, and social inclusion

• Implement and follow individual care and support plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals

• Social Care Leaders will support staff, coordinate care, and ensure high standards of service delivery

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Social Care, Social Work, or a related discipline

• CORU registration or proof of application with CORU is essential

• Experience working in social care or healthcare settings (required for Leader roles)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends

• Full driving licence desirable
