Our Journey
Staffline Recruitment Ireland began its journey in 2013 with a small but ambitious team and a clear vision to become a leading provider of recruitment and workforce solutions across the island of Ireland.
From the outset, our focus was on growth, innovation and building long-term partnerships with employers and candidates.
In 2014, the launch of PeoplePlus NI strengthened our presence in government outsourcing and employability services, supporting individuals in developing skills and accessing sustainable employment.
The following year, Diamond Recruitment Agency joined the organisation, expanding our recruitment expertise and industry reach. In 2017, Oak Recruitment became part of Staffline, further strengthening our ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions for businesses across multiple sectors.
The Grafton Recruitment Acquisition
A defining moment in our growth came in 2018 when Staffline Group acquired Grafton Recruitment, one of the most recognised recruitment brands operating across Ireland.
This acquisition represented the largest recruitment business acquisition in Ireland, bringing together the expertise, talent and networks of Grafton Recruitment, Diamond Recruitment and PeoplePlus under the Staffline Recruitment Ireland organisation.
Today, many employers and candidates who previously worked with Grafton Recruitment Ireland are supported by the same experienced recruitment professionals, now operating as part of Staffline Recruitment Ireland.
By bringing these respected organisations together, Staffline significantly strengthened its recruitment capability across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
