Civil Site Foreman / Supervisor

€50,000 - €60,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Civil Site Foreman / Supervisor to join a growing project delivery team working on large-scale infrastructure and utilities projects in the Dundalk area.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and hands-on site experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment while managing teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations.

The Role

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams, you will oversee daily site activities, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong Health & Safety standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations and site teams

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed efficiently

Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Support project managers and engineers with site delivery activities

Monitor quality standards and identify/resolve site issues promptly

Assist with RAMS, safety paperwork, and site inspections

Maintain strong Health & Safety standards on-site

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders

Drive productivity and maintain programme targets

Promote a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a Site Foreman / Supervisor role

Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and site compliance

Ability to manage teams and work on own initiative

Problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills

Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification required

Full driving licence required
