About the Opportunity
Staffline Recruitment are seeking Quantity Surveyors for current and upcoming roles across Dublin and surrounding areas. We are working with a range of clients across sectors including residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure.

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs from initial feasibility through to completion. Responsibilities may include:
* Engaging with clients to understand project requirements
* Conducting feasibility and cost analysis
* Preparing estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
* Managing budgets, cost control, and value engineering
* Supporting contract administration and resolving disputes
* Monitoring project progress and reporting on financial performance
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Projects may involve a mix of office-based work, site visits, and client interaction.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome candidates at Associate and Chartered level, including:

Associate (AssocRICS or working towards):
* 1+ years' experience with a relevant degree
* OR 2+ years with a higher qualification
* OR 4+ years' relevant industry experience

Chartered (MRICS):
* RICS-accredited degree with relevant experience
* OR 5+ years' experience with a degree
* OR 10+ years at a senior level

Salary: TBD

* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Knowledge of construction and engineering principles
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
