Welder - Dungannon

Our client, a global manufacturer, servicing a broad range of industries, including construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, shipping, transportation, refining, energy, utilities, quarrying and mining, have vacancies for Welders at their site in Dungannon, Co Tyrone.

The Role:

As a Welder you will

• Understand technical plans and have good maths skills for working out measurements
• Inspect and test cuts and joins, using precision measuring instruments
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Meet set targets whilst working on the production line
• Ensure the safe and controlled movement of production parts
• Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
• Other Welder duties as required

Hours of work:

• 40 hours weekly
• Mon - Thurs 6.30am - 4.45pm

Requirements for the suitable Welder:

Essential

• Previous experience working in an engineering manufacturing / welding environment
• Experience using MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques.
• Experience working in heavy engineering industry
• Strong practical and technical skills with a focus on quality work
