Service Engineer
Location: Dundalk
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 17 - 20 euro per hour
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join a growing and dynamic engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working in the field, solving technical problems, and delivering high-quality service to customers across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance and inspections
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers
- Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
Requirements
- Experience in a Service Engineer, Field Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer role
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical background
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Full clean driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Relevant engineering qualification (preferred but not essential)
