An established and growing accountancy practice in Dundalk is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their busy team. Key Responsibilities
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll for a range of clients
- Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and in line with deadlines
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Assisting with general administrative duties within the practice
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll administration (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
