Team Leader - Residential Social Care (Full-Time, Permanent)
📍 Co. Dublin (On-site)

💰 Salary: €46,466 - €55,244 per annum
A well-established national organisation supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and additional support needs is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join one of its residential communities in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to step into a leadership role within a values-driven environment focused on delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.
About the Role
As Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential service. You will support, guide, and develop a team of care staff while ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with regulatory standards and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team in delivering person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for residents
- Contribute to care planning, reviews, and service development
- Support staff development through mentoring and supervision
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements
- Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with vulnerable adults and/or individuals with intellectual disabilities
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong understanding of current practices and policies in disability services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint)
- Full clean driver's licence
