Our client in Dublin North is seeking a new team member to join their inside sales team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that actively supports career development and internal progression.

THE ROLE|

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate key sales activities while delivering excellent customer support over email and phone. You will also manage a defined sales territory, contribute to sales growth and complete 360 sales cycle with customers.

This role is a fully office based position, Monday to Thursday from 8.45am - 5.45pm and Fridays 8.45am - 3.45pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Proactively contact new and existing customers with product information, pricing, and sales offers
• Coordinate outbound sales calls in your division and making sales based on targets
• Liaise directly with customers and field sales representatives to provide quotations, product details, and support
• Handle inbound customer calls and emails, processing orders accurately through the internal SAP system
• Maintain accurate records of communication, orders, and sales activity
• Use online platforms and social media to promote company offers and updates

REQUIREMENTS|

• Minimum 2 year experience in a telesales role, with proven success in outbound sales
• Previous experience in closing customer orders in an administrative or coordination role
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
• Strong IT capability and experience working with internal CRM systems
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while delivering high service level
