At Staffline Recruitment we are excited to be partnering with a growing digital signage solutions company based in Dublin who provide a full spectrum of commercial print, signage, branding and advertising services. As demand continues to grow, they are seeking to recruit a driven Sales Executive to join their team.

This is a client-facing, relationship-driven field-based sales role where the successful candidate will be focussed on developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts. This role requires someone with industry-relevant experience and a strong commercial mindset.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Identify, qualify and win new business across Dublin and surrounding areas
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Conduct client meetings, site visits
• Present proposals and close sales
• Work closely with internal design, production and installation teams
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in signage, print, digital signage, or marketing services sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Commercial acumen with an eye for pricing, margin, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to self-motivate and manage your time efficiently
• Full clean driving licence
