CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT | PERMANENT | DUBLIN 3
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Dublin 3. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday on a roster with hours ranging between 5:00am and 10:00pm.
ON OFFER|
- Base salary of €29,120 with opportunity to earn up to €34000 with performance bonus

- 20 days Annual Leave with 10 bank holiday days
THE ROLE|
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service across phone, email, and web chat. You will be the first point of contact for incoming communications, handling queries accurately with empathy while supporting the smooth running of the division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|
- Handle high volumes of customer calls, delivering professional and compliant service.
- Process and update queries accurately within internal systems.
- Respond to queries promptly, consistently meeting KPIs and company standards.
- Monitor and follow up on queries to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR|
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience working via phone, email, web chat or call centre experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a calm and professional approach.
- Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software tools (training provided).
