FIT-OUT SUPERVISOR | DUBLIN | PERMANENT |
Our client located in Dublin are currently searching for a new Fit-Out Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor/Manager who has previous experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company.
THE ROLE|
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all quality sheets are completed to the highest standard before client handover for their Cat A and Cat B projects.
ON ANY ONE DAY YOU WILL |
- Supervise and coordinate all trades on site managing the full finishing programme
- Conduct quality inspections ensuring process is completed in line with project targets
- Enforce and maintain Health, Safety, and Quality standards, ensuring all works meet regulatory and company requirements
REQUIREMENTS|
- Minimum 5 years experience within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company building large scale commercial high-rise projects
- Background in trade, giving hands-on understanding of finishing processes and practical site experience
- Proficient use of construction quality and project management systems with strong IT skills
- Knowledge of Irish building regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
