CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER | DUBLIN/ LOUTH | PERMANENT |
Our client based in Dublin have several upcoming projects planned and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Please note that the current sites are located in Co. Louth.
THE ROLE|
As part of a team focused on a package of projects currently in development, the Site Manager will lead the construction team and guide mechanical, electrical and automation subcontractors on site. The role requires significant collaboration with internal business divisions to understand priorities and design solutions that align with the organisation's objectives.
JOB DUTIES|
- Assist in leading and managing the delivery of the project.
- Monitor and report on all project aspects, supporting in all phases including project inception, design, construction, and handover.
- Lead and manage the Construction Team, along with other project personnel as needed.
- Scope and prioritise projects, ensuring their delivery aligns with building, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Plan, monitor, and report on the financial aspects of the works within the project.
- Carry out H&S audits and toolbox talks
- Chair weekly progress meetings
REQUIREMENTS|
- A minimum of 7 years of strong site management experience within a regulated engineering/construction environment.
- Experience with multi-disciplinary projects
- Have Mechanical or Electrical Trade background
- A full driving licence is required
- Experience with water treatment plant projects is desirable
