Content Reviewer - Spanish | Dublin 3 | Permanent

CONTENT REVIEWER - SPANISH/ENGLISH | DUBLIN 3 | PERMANENT

We are looking for an experienced Spanish/English Content Reviewer to join our client's team in Dublin 3 on a permanent basis. This role is a fully office-based role, working 40 hours per week with flexibility across 8am to 7pm Monday to Sunday.

THE ROLE |

Working as part of the operations team, you will support the quality review of content across multi-channel workflows in line with policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Review and assess online content for policy compliance.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content (including hate speech, violence, fraud, self-harm, adult content, child exploitation).
• Conduct ID and authenticity checks: Verify user accounts, documents and/or flagged activity.
• Handle escalations efficiently.
• Apply company guidelines consistently across platforms in relation to policy enforcement.
• Reporting & feedback: Track trends and flag new risks
• Quality review of HERO (viral/meme content) and DOI (Dangerous Organisation) applying policies with awareness of cultural and regional context

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR|

• Previous 3 months minimum experience in content moderation
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English
• Available to fully complete an 8-week induction training programme
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment checks which include:
  • Full working rights to work in Ireland
  • Obtain 5-year employment check
  • Evidence of 2 years address history
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Credit Check
