Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Newtownards
Type: Permanent
Hours: 40hrs/ week- hours worked between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00

  • Hybrid working is available on successful completion of the initial training period
  • Shifts are scheduled across the operational window, which may include evenings and weekends.

  • Manage inbound customer calls and queries

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Maintain professionalism and a positive customer-focused approach
