At Staffline Recruitment we are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join a well-established, global organisation within the decorating retail sector. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent work/life balance, strong benefits, and long-term career progression.

This role would suit a customer-focused leader who enjoys running a store, developing people, and delivering great service. Previous management experience is desirable, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring both customers and colleagues have a positive experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily store operations
• Leading, supporting and motivating the store team
• Serving customers at the trade counter and in store
• Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and stock availability
• Receiving deliveries and following stock management procedures
• Completing training to confidently advise customers on the correct products

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of painting and decorating products is highly desirable
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable using IT systems
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties
• Full driving licence desirable
