Production Operative

Our client, a leading supplier of garden care, growing media, and plant nutrition products are currently seeking a detail-oriented Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing and packaging environment. This role focuses on the packaging and preparation of seed products to meet quality, safety, and production standards.

Hours

• 08:00-16:30pm
• Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging seeds accurately and efficiently according to production requirements

• Operating basic packaging and labelling equipment

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety guidelines

• Following production schedules and meeting daily output targets

• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Previous production, packaging, or manufacturing experience is an advantage (not essential)

• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks

• Health & safety awareness
