CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT | TEMPORARY | BLANCHARDSTOWN

Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in their office based in Blanchardstown.

This is a temporary, full-time, office-based position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Please note that there is the high potential for the position to become a permanent role based on business requirements along with career progression.

THE ROLE|

  • You will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to customers over the phone by handling queries with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • You'll be the first point of contact for incoming communications, responsible for order processing, administrative support, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of order coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

  • Manage high volumes of customer calls, delivering professional and compliant service.
  • Process and update orders accurately within internal systems.
  • Respond to queries promptly, meeting KPIs and company standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate follow-up appointments.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including system updates, reporting, and compliance documentation.
  • Support the finance team and contribute to team meetings and ad hoc projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR|

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (prior experience in call centre is an advantage)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a calm and professional approach.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software tools (training will be provided).
