SERVICE COORDINATOR | BLANCHARDSTOWN | PERMANENT

Our client located in Blanchardstown is looking for a Service Coordinator for their team on a permanent basis. Please note that this role is fully office based with working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

THE ROLE|

You will report to the Operations Manager and act as a central point for coordinating customer requests. Your main focus will be delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email while maintaining accurate internal records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

  • Assist internal teams and external stakeholders with client requests and updates.
  • Schedule service deliveries to clients and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Perform administrative duties, including invoicing updates.
  • Upload and maintain information on internal systems.
  • Generate reports to support payroll, order requests, and proof of delivery requirements.

REQUIREMENTS |

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in office administration
  • Experience with schedule/booking coordination is desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
