At Staffline Recruitment we are currently working on behalf of a market leading company based in Citywest, Dublin 24 who are seeking to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role will be to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process by providing administrative support to the sales team, manage customer orders and maintain accurate records. The role is critical for delivering excellent customer service and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Prepare and issue maintenance proposals and site histories including key metrics for issue to the relevant contracts manager to arrange the renewal meeting and contract renewal.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data and feedback from the renewal meetings including customer feedback and scores.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
- Coordinate with the operations and finance teams to ensure timely contract delivery and payment.
- Generate and analyse sales reports for management review.
- Support the sales team with scheduling, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks.
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration or similar role (preferred).
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
- 3rd level qualification a sales / business administration qualification is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems and use of Service Management system would also be useful.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset.
This permanent, full-time position will pay a salary in the region of €40,000 - €45,000 depending on experience.
