About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive R&D Administration Coordinator to join our client's dynamic R&D team. This role will support the smooth running of the team by overseeing administrative tasks, tracking project spend, managing ERP systems, and coordinating applications for R&D tax credits and other external funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track actual spend of the R&D team across all development projects.
• Create reports to assist with the submission of R&D tax credit claims.
• Coordinate applications for R&D tax credits and other external funding, including Invest NI applications.
• Manage and support ERP systems for the R&D team.
• Organise and support logistics for visitors to the R&D site.
• Support cost-saving initiatives within R&D management and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in R&D team processes.
• Assist with other project activities as required.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within a product development or R&D office.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skilled at merging and analysing data from multiple sources to extract insights and present summaries.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Desired Criteria:

• Experience with the submission process for R&D tax credits with HMRC.
• Experience with Invest NI funding applications.
• Familiarity with SAP project management modules.
• Previous experience in a product development environment.
