Salary: £24,796 - £25,989
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm)
Location: Belfast Road, Holywood
About the Role:
We are currently an organised and professional Administrator to join our client. You will provide efficient administrative support across the organisation, with a particular focus on supporting client-facing departments.
This role involves booking clinical appointments using an electronic booking system and communicating with clients by phone and email, often in sensitive situations.
*Please note this role is full time onsite office based*
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including correspondence, filing, scanning and record keeping
- Book and coordinate clinical appointments and manage electronic diaries
- Liaise with clients by telephone and email in a professional and sensitive manner
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and organise rooms, equipment and catering
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with GDPR and data protection policies
- Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks, projects, surveys and events
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers across multiple departments
- Provide flexible cover during periods of annual leave, sickness or increased service demand
Essential:
- MUST have valid CTC Clearance to be considered for this role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Confidence using electronic systems and managing confidential information
