Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Hours: 45 hours per week day Shift

Pay: £13.25

Temp to Perm (subject to performance)

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Compliance Administrator to support both front desk administration and transport compliance operations. The role will involve two days per week providing front desk admin cover, with the remaining three days focused on compliance duties, unless additional admin cover is required due to holidays or sickness.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration (2 days per week):

• Managing the admin email inbox
• Debriefing drivers at the end of their shifts
• Communicating with drivers throughout the day to resolve delivery issues
• Monitoring daily operations to ensure all deliveries are completed

Compliance (up to 3 days per week):

• Managing compliance for approximately 15 vehicles and up to 20 drivers
• Monitoring driver hours and tachograph data using Tachomaster
• Confident use of Microlise for vehicle and driver performance monitoring
• Supporting transport compliance and ensuring adherence to company and legal standards

Working Hours:

• 45-hour contract
• Usual working hours: 08:30 - 17:30
• Flexibility required during busy periods

Skills & Experience:

• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Confidence working with drivers and transport systems
• Experience with Tachomaster and Microlise preferred
• Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
