Job description

On behalf of our client we are recruiting for a Quality Administrator based in Ballymena.

This role will be temporary with a view to a permanent contract. Full time Mon - Frid (4.5 days per week)

Key Tasks:

  • Document Control
  • Creation of purchase requisitions
  • Conduct internal audits to ISO9001
  • Maintain elements of the Quality Management System
  • Compilation of reports into Excel using Pivot Tables, "Lookup" functions etc
  • Manipulation of data to produce graphs and trend analysis

General

  • Undertake all duties in line with General Data Protection and maintain utmost level of confidentiality.
  • Ensure work is completed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
  • Ensure that you treat those with whom they come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner in accordance with the Dignity at Work Procedure.

Essential Criteria

5 GCSEs A-C to include Maths & English or Equivalent

Minimum of 12 months experience in a busy admin role

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Document Control experience

Ability to prioritise and schedule own workload

Ability to work under time pressure

Good interpersonal skills
