Goods In Operative - Clonee

Staffline Recruitment currently have full time positions available for goods in operative, based in Clonee with a leading logistics /distribution company in their new state of the art warehouse facility.

The purpose of the role will be to manage the intake of inventory by receiving, inspecting, and logging deliveries against purchase orders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving & Inspection: Unloading vehicles and checking goods against invoices/delivery notes for damages or shortages
• System Recording: Booking goods into the warehouse management system (WMS) using computer
• Documentation: Handling paperwork, including delivery notes and material certifications

Key requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual handling, lifting, and repetitive tasks e.g. packing for putaway
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate counts and quality inspections
• Technical Skills: Experience with WMS essential. Forklift license desirable although not essential (e.g. Counterbalance)
• Compliance: Knowledge of safety procedures and health and safety regulations
