Showroom Sales Advisor

Staffline Ireland are currently recruiting for a Showroom Sales Consultant on behalf of a leading bathroom supplier. The Showroom Sales Advisor will convert showroom enquiries into successful, profitable sales. You will join a successful growing sales team and will contribute to the continued growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with both the public and trade customers to develop an understanding of their bathroom needs, aspirations and budgets
• Achieve budgeted sales figures and margin
• Provide customer with exceptional sales and service journey
• Merchandise showroom ensuring displays are up to date and that daily checks are conducted to ensure all item meet display standards
• Put forward ideas for sales promotions to ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved within the department working with Marketing Department
• Attend any required product training to ensure you are up to date with current and future product offering
• Be available to work Saturday mornings to ensure adequate cover within the showroom on a rota basis
• Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

• Able to demonstrate knowledge of Bathroom Products
• Experience of dealing with the general public and trade customers
• Experience of working in a sales and customer focused environment and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvements within your area of responsibility
• Willingness to assist colleagues and possess a can-do attitude
• Able to take on other responsibilities and learn quickly from others
• Willingness to be flexible in your working hours, able to work on Saturday's and other Branches when required

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience of working in a Bathroom Showroom sales environment
• Experience of design software packages, 20/20 Fusion and Virtual Worlds
• Innovative/creative approach to solving customer issues
