HR Advisor (Resourcing)
Location: Belfast
Salary: £16.90 p/h
Hours of work: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm (37 hours p/w)
Duration: Temporary ongoing

The Role:

We're looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join our client, a large public sector organisation to support the Senior HR Advisor to ensure the effective delivery of all employee resourcing activity for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Advise managers on resourcing policies and procedures
• Coordinate advertising, candidate communication, and pre-employment checks
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Support continuous improvement and compliance with legislation
• Collaborate with key departments (OD, Finance, IT)

Essential Criteria:

HR Qualification:

• Level 6 + 1 year HR experience OR
• Level 5 + 2 years HR experience
• CIPD membership (Assoc CIPD or above)

Experience in 3 of the following:

• • HR advice on resourcing
  • Recruitment delivery
  • Policy implementation
  • HR reporting
