Salary: €29,417 - €42,313 per annum (HSE Care Assistant Scale)

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for residential services across Tipperary, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely, person-centred environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional care team in a rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support with personal care, life skills, and community activities

• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life

• Assist in the implementation of Person Centred Plans

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Essential Requirements:

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting (preferably in disability services)

• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positions Available:

• Full-time: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (totaling 36 hours)

• Part-time: 49 hours per fortnight, including a mix of evening shifts (4:30pm-10:00pm) and weekend shifts (10-12 hours)
