Support Worker - Tipperary

Location: Tipperary
Salary: €29,417 - €42,313 per annum (HSE Care Assistant Scale)
Employment Type: Full-time permanent and contract positions available
Service Type: Residential and Day Services

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for services across Tipperary, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in both residential and day service settings.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional care team in a rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support with personal care, life skills, and community activities

• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life

• Assist in the implementation of Person Centred Plans

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Essential Requirements:

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting (preferably in disability services)

• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (residential roles)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
