Endoscopy Nurse
Location: Dublin, Ireland

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse with a strong background in endoscopic procedures, patient care, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (e.g., gastroscopy, colonoscopy).
Monitor patients pre-, during, and post-procedure.
Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment and procedure rooms.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to documentation standards.
Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Provide patient education and aftercare instructions.
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an endoscopy or acute care setting.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualification in Endoscopy Nursing or relevant clinical area.
Experience working in a JCI-accredited or similar hospital setting.
