Staff Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

A leading healthcare provider is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role is ideal for nurses with critical care experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role:

You will provide professional nursing care in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, ensuring individual patient needs are assessed and met.
• Administer treatments and medications safely in line with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document and evaluate care given, while reassessing interventions and desired outcomes.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques, infection control measures, and critical care best practices.
• Actively contribute to risk management, quality improvement processes, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Support patient families through education and care updates.
• Participate in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

What We're Looking For:

• NMBI Registered General Nurse in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year ICU or Critical Care experience (preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certification (required or willingness to attain).
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to accommodate rotations, rostering, and a fast-paced care environment.
