We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Breast Care Program Manager to join our multidisciplinary team and drive excellence in patient-centered care. This is a unique opportunity to manage and develop breast care services within a leading healthcare facility.
About the Role
As Breast Care Program Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of breast care services, ensuring patient comfort and seamless navigation through diagnostic and treatment pathways.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, radiologists, oncologists, and specialist nurses.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and strategic service growth, including genetics/genomics and high-risk clinics.
- Recruit, train, and mentor breast care services staff, fostering an environment of learning and innovation.
- Represent the organization in national and community health initiatives, staying at the forefront of advancements in breast care.

About You
We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader with:
- Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- NMBI Registration (for Clinical Nurse Specialist aspects).
- A relevant postgraduate qualification in Breast Care or Oncology Nursing.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience, including 3 years in oncology or surgical care.
- Desirable:
- MSc in Nursing or related field.
- Advanced skills in project management, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- A proactive approach to patient care, team management, and service development.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with quality assurance and research processes.
