About the Role

As Breast Care Program Manager, you will:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of breast care services, ensuring patient comfort and seamless navigation through diagnostic and treatment pathways.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, radiologists, oncologists, and specialist nurses.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and strategic service growth, including genetics/genomics and high-risk clinics.
• Recruit, train, and mentor breast care services staff, fostering an environment of learning and innovation.
• Represent the organization in national and community health initiatives, staying at the forefront of advancements in breast care.

About You

We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader with:

• Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• NMBI Registration (for Clinical Nurse Specialist aspects).
• A relevant postgraduate qualification in Breast Care or Oncology Nursing.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience, including 3 years in oncology or surgical care.
• Desirable:
• MSc in Nursing or related field.
• Advanced skills in project management, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Core Competencies:
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to patient care, team management, and service development.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with quality assurance and research processes.
