Desk Based Monitoring Officer (Alarm Centre)

We continue to partner with our client, a leader within thier industry, to support further growth within their ARC in Belfast.

We are especially interested in hearing from candidates with the following:

• Desk Based Customer Service Experience: Call Centre type role or Desk Based Administrator
• Proficient in use of PC including MS Office
• Enjoy resolving problems
• Friendly approach to clients

This role involves being able to work across shifts 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am across Mon-Sun, working 14 out of 28 days per month with weeks 1 & 2 day shifts, and weeks 3 & 4 night shifts ,and working 42Hrs per week on average.
