Account Manager

My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seek to hire a Customer Service Specialist.

This role will suit someone coming from a technical Customer Service role.

This role is Monday to Friday and is based onsite in Galway City.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with both current and potential clients.
• Point of contact for all orders, pre & post delivery
• Update Clients when products have dispatched & in transit
• Processing customer purchase orders
• Manage and process customer enquiries by both phone and email
• Identify opportunities to up and cross sell products as per customer requirements

Skills & Experience

• 1+ experience in a technical customer service role
• Familiarity with working for international corporations
• Ability to identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities
