Key Account Executive (Developmental role)

Location: Belfast

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)

Salary: £23,000-£25,000 + £27,000K - £32,000K

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Key Account Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing, organising, and administering comprehensive services designed to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness for our client contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.

Job Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for developing, organising and administering the Company's comprehensive service designed to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness to the client contract and ensure profitability. This is a role that will suit someone who is looking to development in the company, consideration/support will be given to complete CIPD level 3+.

Main Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Work with clients to ensure an in depth understanding of roles, organisation, culture, specification, and duration of assignments.
  • Source and recruit for roles of all levels with the client in line with resourcing KPIs.
  • Co-ordinate and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client's requirements.
  • Interview and skills assess candidates in line with specific client requirements and resourcing plan.
  • Register candidates in line with legal and ethical compliance specifically but not limited to Eligibility to Work, Ethical Compliance, EAA, AWR, and GLAA if applicable.
  • Where agreed with Client, deliver Client specific training such as manual handling, induction etc.
  • Issue on boarding information including assignment briefing forms and handbooks.
  • KPI's as identified by Line Manager.

Client Management:

  • Work with Senior Key Account Executive and wider team to provide innovative service delivery solutions and recommend solutions which will add value to the service.
  • Review service with client on an ongoing basis to assess performance prepare manpower planning and suggested service improvements.
  • Deliver service against client SLA.
  • Provide management information and reports specifically outlined within the SLA.
  • Issue Client Satisfaction surveys and implement any improvements in a timely manner.
  • Manage and respond to client feedback in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with candidates to identify issues and address concerns.
  • Maintenance and update of accurate worker/employee records and systems.
  • Ensure candidates paid correctly and on time and organise candidate payroll clinic weekly.
  • Provide general advice and guidance to temporary workers e.g. performance management, absence management.
  • Issue Client/Candidate feedback surveys.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all operations are fully compliant, with processes and procedures being met ethically and legally and in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures.
  • Comply with Company and Statutory Health and Safety requirements.
  • Ensure Branch Quality Audits are completed and up to date monthly.
  • Ensure Client Ethical and Customer Audits are completed when requested.

Criteria:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in account management or recruitment.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Stability in past work history.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills.
  • Ability to conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings.
  • Successful candidate will be required to undergo security vetting check.
