My client a leading public sector organisation has a current job opening for a Full-Time Equip Team Lead in Belfast.

Hours: Full-time working; part-time of hours of no less than 30 hours per week can be considered.

Pay: £26.06per hour

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Setting Direction/ Modernisation

* The post holder will be responsible for the transformational and business change development activities required to enable equip to be delivered.

* Develop an overarching Business Change Management Plan, aligned to strategic objective as outlined in the equip Business Case, to support the successful delivery of equip outcomes for the relevant business area.

* This will require analysis of complex information from multiple stakeholders, programmes and projects and interpretation of expert advice, analysis, judgement, and the application of creative vision to determine, build consensus for and communicate the desired future state.

* Input into the development and agreement of new regional policies and procedures, where necessary, to support the equip Programme, working collaboratively with the Programme's strategic Workstream, for example, technical and programme management workstreams, and the equip Functional teams.

* Analyse current state and develop an understanding of the organisation's current change maturity and create an action plan to achieve the desired future state, working with Training team to develop, deliver and evolve training as required.

* Create actionable deliverables for the core Change Management plan and include change reinforcement and success measures.

* Review and understand change impact through stakeholder analysis, persona mapping, impact analyses and change readiness, evaluating and ensuring user readiness.

* Work closely with the Training workstream to identify training opportunities to help employees understand and adapt to change.

* Communicate the change management plans to Programme team, sponsors and business stakeholders to build engagement and support for Change Management plans and an understanding of actions and interventions.

* Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics for change resistance and consult and coach project teams, people managers and business leaders on effective approaches to leading and embedding change, and managing anticipated resistance.

* Deliver focus groups, workshops and training to support organisational change as required.

* Drive the delivery of change management plans and the deployment of change management tools & interventions in order to build engagement, adoption and utilisation.

* Continuously measure and evaluate success of the change management plan, capture lessons learned and apply these to the inform the Programme's and organisational change management capability.

Essential Criteria

1a. A university degree or relevant professional qualification and have worked for at least 3 years in a business change role OR 1b. A university degree or relevant professional qualification and have worked for at least 3 years in the relevant *functional area, managing a team to deliver results within a target driven environment, planning workloads, defining Shortlisting by Application Form 11 | P a g e objectives, achieving deadlines and implementing action plans etc. *Functional areas: HR, Payroll, Finance or Procurement and Logistics OR 1c. At least 5 years' experience working in a change management role OR 1.d At least 5 years' experience equivalent managing a team to deliver results within a target driven environment, planning workloads, defining objectives, achieving deadlines and implementing action plans etc. in a relevant functional area*. *Functional areas: HR, Payroll, Finance or Procurement and Logistics AND 2. Successfully developed and delivered large scale change plans to engage a wide range of stakeholders and build organisational capacity and capability during major organisational change.
