We are actively recruiting for Band 3 Admin staff for our public sector client, based in sites in Derry and the surrounding areas.
What we need from you:
- 5x GCSE's (A-C Grade) including Math and English or equivalent
- 1 years administration/clerical experience
Or
- 3 years administration/clerical experience
We would also ask that candidates have had working experience of using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Maintain diaries both electronic and manual
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Filing systems both manual and computerised
- General admin tasks
If you are a team player, who can work effectively within a team, manage your time effectively and plan ahead to meet deadlines with the ability to organise complex material and prepare a variety of documents, including minutes, letters, reports and presentations, then we want to hear from you
