We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to fill the Business Support Executive position, reporting directly to the General Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist/support a variety of essential functions within the business, including Sales Order Processing, Credit Control, and Purchase Ledger tasks

  • Sales Order Processing
  • Sales Support
  • Credit Control
  • Payment Receipting
  • Operations including stock planning
  • Purchase Ledger Processing
  • Production Support
  • ISO9002 admin to maintain registration
  • Lean culture enhancement

Candidate Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A proactive attitude complemented by a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances while delivering results.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software, such as SAGE 200 MRP, is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, paired with both written and verbal communication prowess.
